1.Ensure all accounting records and reporting packages for both IFRS and PRC are accurate and punctually prepared liaisons with internal and external policy requirements.
2.Systematically maintain company accounting policies in accordance with PRC and group guideline.
3.Lead the annual budget process as well as forecast computation and variance analysis.
4.Implement proper tax planning system in line with group taxation policy and local taxation requirement.
5.Optimize the use of the accounting and controlling system.
6.Enhance internal control process.
7.Lead the team to accomplish the Ad hoc project.



Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree in accounting or financial analysis function.
2.Above 8 years accounting, controlling experience in MNCs, including at least 3 years in managing position.
3.Proficient in Chinese, US and IFRS Accounting standards and government regulations.
4.Familiar with integrated ERP system ( SAP is desirable).
5.Comprehensive accounting and controlling knowledge, hold on the knowledge of hyperion.
6.Professional budgeting and planning skills and strong analysis capability.
7.Good English ability.
8.Good ability in using of MS office.
9.Good communication skill and team work spirit.
