Job Responsibility
1. To develop and secure new customers by phone calls (ie, telemarketing) and prepare telemarketing report for assistant branch manager to increase customer base.
2. To contact lost accounts to regain their support.
3. To responsible for take charge of customers with ‘small’ cargo volume (1 – 10 TEUs per month) or irregular volumes and secure their support at all times.
4. Support and complement outdoor sales team.
5. To assist customer service section and outdoor sales to reply to customer inquiries, such as sailing schedule checking, booking number releasing, space confirmation, invoice issuing, etc.
6. Contact window for Regional Accounts and overseas agents and their follow up (if any).
7. To handle all FOB shipments’ enquiries and shipment arrangements.
8. To prepare and sending quotation to own customers.
9. To generate sales related data and reports to sales team to enhance sales productivity.
Competency Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent level, in shipping/transportation/marketing major.
2. Good English communication skills with both fluent in written & spoken.
3. Good knowledge of Office Software, skillful in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
4. Minimum 1 year experience in shipping field..
5. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
6. Strong good team work spirit.
7. Outstanding and can work under pressure.
