医药化工手性分析/制备;定制合成

1.化学相关专业毕业，本科三年、硕士二年以上合成相关工作经验,有FTE相关从业经验；

2.热爱有机化学工作,具有丰富的有机合成知识，熟悉各种实验室有机合成操作，动手能力强；

3. 熟练阅读英文文献, 能独立完成合成实验，记录、分析、处理实验结果，并总结实验报告；

4.具有积极向上的工作态度，良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。
