Job Output:
Under the direction of the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager, this position is accountable to effectively Inspection, Test and Preventive Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (ITPM), which includes Down Day maintenance planning and scheduling, to maintain assets at full functionality and achieve the plant maintenance performance targets.

Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
Ensure the company safety policy is strictly followed in all maintenance activities, report the safety risk and issue, organization the routine safety meeting, safety training, JSA/JSO and other safety activities.
Ensure the implementation of the maintenance system including WO system, PM system and PdM system
Continue to improve maintenance system upon the tracking and the statistic analysis of the process of WO, PM and PdM to optimize the production line reliability;
Take the response for management of maintenance ITPM works;
? Basic Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Move notifications to fully planned work orders
- Identify special equipment requirements and safety precautions
- Order and kit materials
- Coordinate weekly and down day plans and schedules
- Document bill of materials
- Update ITPM content and frequencies;
- Auditing work to ensure it is completed to standards defined in the job plan
- Maintain accurate work order backlog;
? Advanced Maintenance Planning
- Develop and Improve ITPM Master Job Plan quality in terms of content and measurable standards that ensure reliability and process capability.
- Familiar with using PdM Tools (and other methods) to monitor the equipment health condition, and analysis the trend;
- Develop detailed Master Job Plans for critical repairs - creates a library of critical job plans to ensure effective execution of tasks and improve planning efficiency.
- Handle complex work requests that require application of basic engineering fundamentals
- Use PDCA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FEMA and other tools to analysis maintenance activities historical info to monitor maintenance performance in terms of maintenance cost, equipment health condition and trend, work performance and efficiency, maintenance schedule accuracy and compliance etc.
- Response for ITPM implement performance and efficiency thru the PDCA way;
? Operating Discipline and Process Improvement
- Follow the defined maintenance business processes and the CMMS system structure
- Keep records and CMMS data accurate and orderly for high quality histories and usefulness in data analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase maintenance effectiveness and efficiency
- Participate in and facilitate process improvement initiatives that support operating results and cost improvement. And lead the equipment reliability;
- Meet commitments for operating results and budgets. This includes maintenance costs, services outside firms, rental and stores working capital. This also includes direct and period costs related to labor, materials, and energy driven by process reliability and capability.
- Support to develop maintenance procedures (incl.SMP and management procedures) and related JSA/JSO;
- Provides mechanical training for maintenance employees as required on new and existing equipment and systems
- Implement Lean, 5S, TPM activities;
- Organize equipment maintenance drawings, manuals, records and other documentation;
- Other assignment ordered by line manager;

Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Engineering Maintenance Manager;
Closely work with other Engineers and related colleagues;

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Good English Reading Ability;
Good experience with PdM tools i.e. vibration meter;
Good Communications and Presentation Skills;
Knowledgeable and experience on PM/PdM;
Knowledgeable and experience on lean or WCM;
Good computer skills for CMMS/MS Office/Auto CAD;
Positive manner and highly discipline;

Offer the training for maintenance craftsmen and staff;

Education & Work Experience:
A minimum of eight (8) years prior related experience is required
Three (3) years of maintenance planning experience
Solids technical background of mechanical and machining.
Bachelor Degree on Mechanical or similar major;

Can work under hard condition;
Can bear high work stress
Can over time work per maintenance activities needs;
Dusty, wet and hot environment in some cases;
