HR Specialist
Reports to HR Manager

Job Output:
The client is seeking an experienced Human Resource Specialist to provide HR partnership to the Company ceiling plant in Wujiang. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, with a strong relationship with the client China corporate HR, this challenging opportunity supports Human Resources Manager to implement human resource services, activities and programs; builds and maintains effective relationships with the production workforce, and, with the project/plant management team, creates an environment that engages the employees in fostering a high performance work culture.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
? Organize open hourly positions placement activities, including advertisement, Screening and evaluation of applications and interviews
? Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Meet with managers to develop specific recruiting plans.
? Directs the efforts of employment agencies including ensuring high quality of service
? Develop and maintain professional relationships with university placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
? Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring team for interviewing.
? Conduct reference and background checks if necessary.
? Maintain records on recruiting activities as required.
? Be responsible for new hire on-boarding process including file and social security transferring.
? Responsible to assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing employee training (internal especially) and development system to support the plant goal of continuous improvement.
Specific responsibilities include Manages Company People Development System--five critical elements:
o Needs Assessment
o Design
o Delivery
o Successful Application
o Tracking and Measure
? Conduct internal training programs for employee as required
? Conduct compliance related activities and trainings
? Maintain records on employee training as required
? Coordinates recruiting, resignation and termination process.
? Coordinate local HR support for expatriates.
? Maintains hourly labor contract and files.
? Prepares HR statistics reports.
? Maintains contact with government agencies and ensures that all employment laws and regulations are followed.

Education & Work Experience:
? Bachelor degree
? More than 3 years experience in HR Recruitment or Training.
? Good English reading/writing/speaking skills
? Able to work independently and with others
? Experience in a multinational manufacturing company is a plus
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
? Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office
