Sourcing Director, APAC -- 地点:上海/常熟,每天有小车接送.公司也可以提供住宿。
向上直接汇报给Sourcing Head,是老外的successor,公司提供丰富的发展空间和上升机会。
Job purpose:
To lead and manage local/regional sourcing, procurement and inventory management activities at assigned plant sites. Is the primary contact towards plant management on sourcing related issues and implements category strategies on local / regional level. Leads and manages local sourcing teams and supplier base to ensure the most competitive sourcing services towards plant stakeholders.
Responsibilities / Main tasks:
1. Contributes on category strategy creations and ensures implementation
2. Manages operational sourcing and procurement activities at local / regional level
3. Leads local category work with respective function and/or department managers
4. Ensures local supply market competitiveness and performance
5. Aligns sourcing targets with local plant target setting and activities
6. Provides change leadership and ensures timely communications
7. Leads the negotiation process internally and externally
8. Ensures successful sourcing business practice implementation
9. Leads local supplier relationship management, development programs and performance follow-up
10. Reports local sourcing activities and statuses by agreed set of KPI's
11. Develops sourcing people and promotes sourcing best practices
12. Is a role model of Company values and code of conduct
