职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop and drive the key account (Ali system) business with internal and external resource, achieve sales annual target and growth ration.
? Maintain the collaboration relationship with all the dealer/TP , and Taobao& Tmall related buyer.
? Initiate the online promotion, campaign, online marketing , fight for Tmall&taobao resource/traffic, grow brand exposure and sales achievement.
? Through product portfolio differentiation, grow dealer`s business and all category development. Balance all the relative dealer(offline and online ) competitive and coordination.
? Coach and lead online store routine operation, including SEM,CPS, webpage improvement, content marketing, CRM etc, to get more traffic and increase conversion , improve customer experience satisfication.
? Develop new EC client and channel and business model, to catch industry trend and build brand competitiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 -3 years of experience within solid experience in E-commerce sales, Ali system/EC dealer management is must
Bachelor’s degree, with preference in related area or industry
Strong communication ability, cross-functional coordination ability
