Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Performing initial checking on the completeness, correctness and validity of verbal and formal valuation report within the laid service lead time.

-Informing panel valuation companies to rectify within the shortest possible time.

-Assisting in the update of regulation, market changes and competitor information to provide input for credit guideline.

-Participating UAT to help on system and process optimization.

-Communicating with Branches/HML sales on the documentation requirements for valuation reports.

-Communicating with vendors on the collateral issues on personal loan application.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
The role holder will ideally have knowledge and experience including but not limited in the following areas:
-Related work experiences in valuation will be a plus
-Have strong business knowledge and study ability
-Be able to adapt to the new environment against time
-Understand RBWM Risk policies and governance mechanisms
-Broad knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitor and market
-Work under pressure
-Careful, positive and conscious
-Have good communication skills and be a good team player
