Position Introduction
The CMMS specialist is deployed fulltime on site and leads his/her team to fulfill contractual
obligations, comply with statutory requirements and meet Customer expectations. He also needs to
be a coach and mentor to his/her team members and be thoroughly conversant with Sodexo
business processes. Ensure Novartis systems are maintained in good condition and no interruption
to Novartis business
Qualification & Requirements
Education Background
Bachelor degree or above, Major in Information Science and Technology or business
Working Experience
？ More than 3 years’ experience in Maximo system operation
？ More than 3 years’ experience of FM services.
Professional skills
？ Good knowledge in CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), such as
Maximo, etc.
？ Be able to read and work with Sodexo global Maximo team.
？ Good knowledge in facility operation and maintenance is an advantage.
General skills
？ Strong capability in communication & reporting
？ Middle English
？ Good PC skill
？ Ability to prioritize and delegate in a resource constrained environment and re-prioritize
resources rapidly.
