职位描述
Mission of Function:
- Development of mechanical components for XP products (e.g. Stand, Table, Bucky)
Dimensions of Function:
- Lead the ME team as XP R&D Mechanical competence center to fully support the XP projects/tasks.
Contacts(internal /external):
- Report to SSME XP R&D SE manager.
- In close contact with SSME XP R&D/SCM, QP, SM, XP HQ, SSME CV, external suppliers
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
- Supervise design and validate of mechanical components
- Manage ME team to support all mechanical acitivities in SSME XP R&D
- Define and maintain ME team development roadmap
- Coordinate tasks with other processes (e.g. PM, SE).
- Qualification and maitenance of mechanical suppliers
- Support on prototyping and pre-deveopment
Competencies
Techniques (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge)
- Technologies: mechanical knowledge or experience on plastic, mold, sheetmetal, machine, welding etc
- Profess. Knowl.: CAD tools
- Technologies: Mechanical calculation and simulation SW(e.g., MathCAD, MatLab)
- Technologies: medical equipment knowledge
- Profess. Knowl.: English
- Methodologies: R&D product development
Essential (today and in future):
- Professional Variety of Business: at least 5 years experience in Mechanical engineering and system design;
Experiences in AutoCAD, IDEAS or UG, etc., to create solid models and detailed drawing preferred;
Experiences in mechnical safety testing;
- Project / Process Variety of Function Areas: Basic level
- Leadership Variety of Function Types: Advanced level. Experience in managing R&D team is preferred
- Intercultural Variety of Cultures: Inter-culture backgroud is a plus (experienced in foreigner-owned company)
