岗位要求：
1、5years of java development experience with 2 of those years as a team lead.over 28 years old.major in computer science
2 in depth knowledge in J2EE technology with applications deployed in a clustered N-tier system.extremely proficient in open source framework such as spring/Hibernate/struts.
3 familiar with XP development methodology,very proficient in the following Agile development tools:jUnit,ant/Maven,Log4j,Hudson/cruisecontrol
4 be able to coach,mentor junior developers.be responsible and have the abilities to ensure the project to be delivered on time.
岗位职责：
1 come up with a sound design when given a set of technical requirements.
2 ensure team members follow a test first,code second XP development methodogy to ensure products are delivered in a high quality manner.
3 use your experience to coach,mentor junior developers to ensure coding standard,software quality standard are followed thru code reviews.
4 assist test team in resolving bugs found in integration testing and acceptance testing.
