Scope of work:
- Coordinate a team of 8 people of different domains (iSpeech, HMI, Connectivity, Entertainment, Connected drive)
- Create effective test plan according to project schedule
- Control schedule plan and find countermeasures when it deviates
- Communicate with customer (BCS) and understand their needs
- Communicate to the supplier about technical issues
- Present project status to high level management regular
- Regular sync meetings with Germany team about test results and China requirements
- Demands of Chinese consumers convert to technical requirements and specifications in order to develop and improve functional quality
Education level:
- Bachelor degree or above
Specialization:
- Automotive/vehicle Engineering
- Electric and Electronics Engineering
- Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering
- Other related discipline
Job Skill Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of working experience of project management
- Must have 3+ years of working experience of Infotainment
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, required in English and Chinese
- Strong knowledge about automotive technology
- Ability to create test plan test plan and follow up accordingly
- Good presentation skills
- Must have Chinese driver’s license with 3+ years practical driving experience
Languages:
- Excellent English skills both in written and oral
- German is a plus
Work experience:
- 3 years or more
