西门子医疗器械客户服务部门（CS）是西门子医疗亚太区客户服务总部。 其中包括：
- 产品生命周期管理 负责所有产品的服务研发，维护和技术支持；
- 亚太区培训中心 对我们的服务工程师和客户提供各种产品的技术培训和应用培训；
- 亚太区技术支持中心 给全球提供24小时的专业技术和应用的支持；
- 亚太区物流中心 为亚太区的客户提供24小时零备件支持。

Mission of Function:
- The Manager Source / LCM / China will manage the supply chain processes Source, Lifecycle Management and the CS ML China process. For all defined parts from suppliers in the APAC region he will be responsible for all sourcing and all lifecycle activties for the Siemens Healthcare spare parts supply chain. In addition he will be responible for the Source, Deliver and Return function of the CS ML China process, covering parts that originate within China for the Chinese market. He will coordinate, oversee and control the processes as well as work in them operationally. He will also manage any employees working in the SSME CS ML Source / Lifecycle Management / CS ML China team. He is also responsible for continued process improvements.

Dimensions of Function:
- Responsible for all sourcing activities from suppliers in APAC for spare parts (global demand - EU and Americas demand will then be distributed further to these units)
- Responsible for all lifecycle management activities from suppliers in APAC for spare parts
- Responsible for all sourcing, deliver and returns activities for parts originating in China for domestic China customers
- > all responsibilities only apply as far as the mentioned process has already been established withtin SSME CS ML

- Suppliers (Siemens internal and external), customers in China, forwarders, CS ML Germany, PLM units of the business units (including CS); Inside the company (=inside SSME): SSME BA, SSME CS, SSME QP, SSME CT, SSME AX, SSME CV, SSME SD, SMME SM

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
- Sourcing spare parts from APAC suppliers, ensuring spare parts availability while maintaining reasonable inventory levels
- Support spare part escalations if spare part is not available but customer needs it together with national and international partners (e.g. RSC, CS ML Germany)
- Manage all spare part related topics during especially the product ramp-up and ramp-down phase for new systems from Siemens Healthcare business units in Asia and support in all lifecycle management topics during the lifecycle of a spare part
- Source, Deliver and Return spare parts originating from China domestic suppliers to the Siemens Healthcare service organization within China
- Handle exports to and imports of parts from German Siemens units (e.g. CS ML Germany)
- Work actively / initiate initiatives with suppliers to improve vendor performance
- Manage various initiatives for the further development of the Source process together with the CS ML headquarter unit in Germany
- Ensure reporting for the Source / Lifecycle Management / CS ML China process

- Professional Variety of Business: Candidate should have multiple years of professional experience within spare parts logistics and/or customer service, ideally in a high tech industry
- Project / Process Variety of Function Areas: Candidate should have experience in handling logistical processes, experience in spare parts processes preferred. Previous SAP experience is a must. Being familiar with Siemens Healthcare Customer Service and with the HQ SAP system P41 and Spiridon AP1 is a plus
- Leadership Variety of Function Types: This is a leadership function
- Intercultural Variety of Cultures: The future position holder will have contacts to Germany / Siemens units based in Germany and multiple countries in the APAC region. Perfect communication skills (also on a management level) in english are essential. Candidate should be able to smoothly work with partners from different Asian cultures

- This positions includes responsibility for suppliers in different time zones in Asia Pacific and will thus not always follow the standard working hour schedule of SSME.
