职位描述：

JOB PURPOSE

• Be responsible for MAS site safety management and conduct the risk management system for the whole site according to RA management model.
• Get to complete the main actions plan about the safety task and follow up the actual safety performance of three plants. Get to operate the SG safety standards implementation and take actions to improve the management systematic.
• Work with plant EHS supervisors for the fire prevention system of the whole site and direct the plant to implement the fire prevention daily work.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      L&R and SG rules

• To watch the Chinese safety and fire prevention applicable laws, regulations and SG industry risk manual, transfer the information to all entities, confirm legal compliance on safety production.
• To implement the SG safety standards for the whole site, follow-up the gaps of recommendation table regularly, take actions to comply the standards and confirm the performance could improve continuously.

2.      RA management system

• Conduct the annual RA task, follow up the progress and quality of RA, push plant managers to improve the RA according to the annual significant contents
• Work with plant EHS to complete the LOTO, pipe rolling, machine guarding evaluation, coal gas risk, molten metal risk, lifting risk, special equipment and 4 kinds of risk identify
• Get the high risk list from the RA and special risk identifying and follow-up the prevention task which could be conducted by technology, management and behaviors.

3.      SG standards implementation

• Get to implement the SG safety standards, including LOTO, Machine guarding, Permit to work, Work at height, Forklift, vehicle and pedestrian, Warehouse and lifting, Confined space, and so on.
• Follow-up the main gap with three plant and take actions to improve the standards implementation continuously to confirm the standards could be enhanced systematic.
• Follow up the work performance of standards champions, get to launch the improvement points to comply the standards recommendation and could get the total appraisal about the all champions for annual work.

4.      Fire prevention

• Update the site fire prevention system and make sure all fire system are compliance with the local law, regulations and standards, update the fire prevention management procedure and facilities WI regularly.
• Establish the fire prevention facilities archives and co-operate with plant EHS to make all facilities are good condition by common monitoring
• Identify the important fire accident areas and plan the risk reduction and daily management actions.
• Co-operate with third part to implement the previous maintenance, follow-up the detection findings and keep all relevant issues could be resolved.
• Get to complete the project fire prevention permit and follow-up the actions plan to resolve the process issues.

5.      Safety audit:

• Plan the safety audit for the whole site and follow up the implementation, collect the audit findings and analysis the root cause to take actions to prevent accidents.

6.      Communication

• Keep good communications with local safety supervisory bureau and fire prevention departments.
• Keep good relationship with plant EHS and provide the technic support to them, and participate the analysis of accident
• Be responsible to organize the site fire prevention team and organize the ability training regularly.
• Keep good communication with third-part company to make sure relevant monitoring could be done on time.

• University level, be major in safety engineering, machine engineering, iron making engineering or similar
• At least 3 years working experience, having safety knowledge and regulations of PRC law is a plus, give priority to certified safety engineer or relevant safety certificate.
• Good speaking and written English level and good computer skills
• High sense of responsibility and honest
• Strong team working spirit and strong inter-personal skills
• Good time management
