职位描述：
Objectives of the Position
扩大中试车间生产产品范围，为技术中心新产品开发及生产提供支持 Enlarge the product scope of pilot plant, afford the support to TC and production.
Main Tasks
? 遵守BSC安全及公司规范，完成每日工作任务；Follow the regulation of BSC and finish the daily work task
配合工程师进行新产品量产及相关工艺参数模拟； New product mass production and related process parameter setup together with engineer;
? 配合工程师进行车间问题批次的原因调查及方案解决；Production workshop problem batch trouble shooting and solution preparation together with engineer;
? 中试车间研磨分散设备的日常点检及维护；Pilot plant milling and dispersion equipment daily check and TPM
? 研磨产品的试生产及工艺模拟；Milling product trial production and process parameter verification
? 使用必要的仪器对中试车间产品的生产过程进行控制及记录；Pilot plant product process control and record with necessary instruments
? 能独立操作CPP登记系统及SAP配方模块，制作准备生产订单； CPP material platform and related SAP system operation; prepare batch ticket before production
? 完成每日责任区的5S工作； Responsible for daily 5S
? 每日处理生产过程中产生的固废和废液；Responsible for daily waste handling
? 部门负责人安排的其他工作任务 Other tasks assigned by department head 举报 分享
