PRIME FUNCTION OF ROLE 职位概况

? The job holder will act as a project leader in Langfang site for varies kinds of major capital expenditure projects, he shall also be the PMO representative in the plant to coordinate all the resources between PMO and the site engineering team so that all the projects can be implemented properly.
? The job holder shall have solid project engineering experience, and needs to get familiar with the paints production process at the earliest time, therefore to apply best practices to LF site based on the needs of different projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

1. Provide the internal customer the contact to verify scope of work, definition for assigned project.
2. Prepare draft Capital Expenditure Proposal for the project which is directly managed by the Project Management office, including the assessment under company’s Safety, Health and Environment guidelines.
3. Develop the design for minor projects and participate in the design for major projects.
4. Prepare project bidding documents, provide technical support to the Project Manager and purchasing team in negotiating with the relevant contractors or suppliers.
5. Issue purchasing order and follow up the process to make sure ordered equipment, components delivered on time.
6. With the input from relevant contractors, assist to plan and justify expenditure of manpower, equipment, tools, and other appropriate resources for effective and timely execution of assigned project.
7. Supervise construction activities to ensure the assigned project is completed per approved engineering design and material specs, project schedule, quality plan, budget, and safety and performance requirements as outlined and in compliance with contract documents, local regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
8. Initial periodic and frequent project status and financial reporting for upper management.
9. Manage project documentation per project manual guidelines, include issuing and updating technical documents and drawings to “as-built” status.

? Proven record of engineering experience
