PRIME FUNCTION OF ROLE 职位概况

? Effectively and efficiently facilitate improvement projects.
? Ensure project alignment with the overall long term portfolio objective
? Ensure the investment for LF site goes as the schedule.
? Involved in manufacturing process and quality problems resolving to find out improvement and optimization opportunity.
? Work closely with production and quality team to find process optimization opportunity and drive improvement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Describe the major responsibilities and authorities of the job, emphasizing the end results, which must be achieved.

? Initiate and follow up continuous process improvement projects.
? Coordinate CAPEX application and prepare capital expenditure proposal.
? Follow up with other related functions to assure on-time delivery.

? Manage and control the payment schedules.
? Responsible for new RM introduction and new product launch.
? Optimize manufacturing processes.
? Drive improvement on business processes.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验
Describe the level of education, professional qualification, training and experience which are the minimum requirement for effective performance in this job
请具体描述胜任此职位需要的学历，专业技能，培训经历及相关的工作经验的最低要求。
? Bachelor degree in Chemical Industry, Engineering, Mechanism, or related.
? Good command of both spoken and written English, CET-6 or equivalent level is basic requirement.
? Good project management skills, 5 years or above related experience preferred.
? Demonstrated six sigma and/or lean projects success, BB/GB preferred.
? Strong computer skills, such as MS Office, AutoCAD.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people.
