Responsibility

1.Hold weekly quality meeting with production Dept. to discuss daily quality issues related to production (W/H, Machining, assembly, Test, Painting and packing area)
and follow up the improvement actions.
2. Issue Non-conformance report to production Dept. for improvement when any abnormal things happened.
3. Practical handling and investigation of internal and external claims.
4. Lead and guide inspectors for continuous improvement of efficiency and skills.
5. Arrange the calibration of all measure tools and instruments, as well as buying new tools for new production.
6. Daily maintain ISO9001 quality management system, for example procedures/instruction updating.
7. Other tasks as required by quality manager.

Required:

1. Bachelor degree with four years or above work experience in quality field.

2. Knowledge of casting, machine

3. Knowledge of Quality Tools (SPC, 8D,etc.);

4. Knowledge of the ISO 9000 standard and its requirements

5. Fluent in English
