Our customer is a Europe Chemical Company located in Changshu.

Responsibility:
-- Responsible of purchasing for Raw Materials & Packaging
-- Create, manage and maintain accurate data purchasing documents: records, quotation, potential vendors listing.
-- Work closely with Quality Dept and Project Dept / HQ to source inquires materials.
-- Source items and issue enquiries to vendors for quotations.
-- Prepare price and cost analysis and tender documents.
-- Vendors assessment and selection, evaluation audit onsite.
-- Negociate the contract / Agreement / Prices / Delivery leadtime / Payment conditions
-- Troubleshoot problems and questions regarding purchases (delivery/ quality...), suppliers, etc
-- Maintain the monthly Reporting of Raw Materials & Packaging Purchasing (gains & savings, KPI / performance objective)
-- Maintain market intelligence: Knowledge about materials trend variation, vendors, and market
-- Lead the productivity project for secondary vendor base as alternative source for products and for cost reduction activities and strategic purchasing.

Qualifications:
-- Bachelor degree in Chemical
-- Purchasing & Sourcing experiences needed
-- Experiences in Project Management
-- Computer literate in Word, Excel. Knowledge of AutoCAD software and ERP system
-- Fluent in English (Verbal and Writing skills)
-- Must be resourceful with strong sourcing, negotiation and procurement skills
-- Able to work independently and under pressure
-- Willing to learn and highly committed
-- Highly organized, excellent communication skills
