Position Purppose: Execute all kinds of approved purchase requests, sign purchase contracts, develop and manage suppliers, keep and renew basic inventory, control purchase costs. The purchases include but are not limited to: inter-company forgings, raw and indirect materials, hardware, spare parts, oil, PPE, site services. Position also includes responsibility for process outsourcing, aluminum scrap and waste oil selling, logistic contract signing, etc. Responsibilities: 1. Execute approved purchase requests, decide supplier through price inquiries and comparison among qualified suppliers; 2. Tracking sale of scrap aluminum. 3. Accomplish purchase statistic, tracking statistic, delivery track, invoices follow, account reconciliation and close off with supplier, warehouse and finance dept.; 4. Comparison of international and domestic purchase cost, develop the channels for staple materials, localization of imported spare parts; 5. Organize to inspect purchased commodities, in charge of dealing with the rejected products and claim from suppliers; 6. Complete the purchasing part of Supplier Overall Evaluation Form; Develop new supplier continuously, assist Purchasing Manager to optimize the supply chain. 7. Organize to collect and renew minimum inventory list; 8. Complete other works assigned by Purchase Manager. Others: Execute purchasing plan, follow purchase procedure, standardize personal behavior to comply with company Codes; Closely liaison with China Purchase colleagues, share with the purchase resources; Continuously improve business capability, develop and understand supplier and supply market , make sure that purchases are on time and accurate, strive to minimize purchase cost with good quality. Education Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, major in metallurgy, engineering, int'l trade or logistics. Experience & Background: 5+ years purchase experience in material, hardware chemical'service trade, metallurgy and aluminum plant experience (in order of priority). experiences of infrastructure purchasing and management will be a plus. Familiar with rules and regulations for domestic and int'l trade, have the ability of supplier management, strong skills in personal and communication, good organization skills, excellent written English, and PC skills.
