Key responsibilities
? Apply company E&I concept in concept design.
? Implement E&I process control request in design.
? Cooperate with designing company to finalize E&I drawing.
? Cooperate with designing company to finalize E&I control system.
? Implement design request during construction.
? Maintain E&I drawings, safety test procedures, equipment specifications and other essential E&I documentations.
? Key role in organizing safe commissioning and startup of plant equipment.
? Supports production and process project management
? Develops monitoring programs for major electrical /instrumentation items, including operational guidance on equipment observations and failures analysis.
? Responsible for the achievement of HSE performance targets .
? Establish, propose for approval and follow up fixed costs and investment budget for respective area

Critical Experience and Skills
? Bachelor degree in Electrical or Instrument relevant.
? Project management and startups of major capital projects ideally in China
? Hands-on experience in working with local Chinese engineering and Design companies
? 5+ years' hands-on experience in Electric and Instrument management in Chemical or API field ideally.
? Speaks Mandarin & English fluently.
? Electric certificates of high/low volt operation.
