Job Title: LEAD CONSULTANT SAP FI/CO
Report to: This function reports to global team lead SAP Finance

Main Responsibility:
? Amer Sports APAC region and especially Amer Sports China is developing very fast. To support the growth we decided to extend the existing SAP team with a SAP FI/CO consultant. The objective of this position is to provide the business with process consulting using SAP and Amer Sports best practices, but also solve urgent SAP FI/CO issues for our APAC region.
? In addition the position holder will coordinate the local APAC SAP team.
? This position is a global position, reporting to the Manager Global ICS SAP and working close with the global SAP teams, but main focus will be APAC region. This function reports with dotted line to APAC IT Director
? The position holder is responsible for designing and building IT solutions as well as for providing 2nd and 3rd level support in the Finance area and coordinating the SD and SCM streams.
? The position holder has no direct reports but can be responsible for a team in a project.
? The position holder has not direct operational budget responsibility but can be responsible for a project budget.
? Occasional travels are required

Needed Competencies:
? Expert technical expertise in at least one SAP ERP module or SAP application FI or CO (preferably FI) + general knowledge on at least one other module
? Very good understanding of the business processes covered by the SAP modules or applications of expertise
? Very good communications skills to drive discussions with all internal and external FI and CO stakeholders
? Planning & organizing skills
? Ability to prioritize own tasks in a fast-changing environment
? Knowledge of SAP BI is an advantage, but not mandatory
? Being able to work in a matrix organization
? Customer oriented: Understand and integrate the needs of internal/external clients, in order to respond adequately in line with the interest of the company.
? Ability to work as a global team member and to collaborate: Promote information sharing and team spirit, contribute to collective efficiency.
? Creativity and innovation: Explore, make new ideas come to life, striving ceaselessly to improve. Be creative in order to fall within innovation projects regardless of their level of responsibility
? Organizer: Ability to handle topics in the interface to the SAP Finance area and coordinate the local SAP team.
? Chinese language to be able to communicate with local business, Japanese or Korean is an advantage
? Strong English language communication

Education:
Bachelor degree or above

Needed Working Experience:
? 6-8 years solid IT experience in SAP with a strong focus on FI/CO
? Project management experience; multi-national / regional work experience in is highly advantageous
? Able to work in matrix structure
