职位目的:
负责协助总经理的日常事务和行程安排

主要职责:
负责总经理会议的组织及会议纪录的整理
搜集并汇总有关报告、文件
保证和各职能部门间的良好协作和信息分享
合理安排总经理的出差行程，以及其它临时性交待的工作

职位要求:
本科以上学历
1年以上总经理秘书工作经验
形象、气质良好；思维敏捷，较强的应变能力，文笔流畅
擅于沟通，具备良好的组织、沟通、协调能力及观察能力
独立工作能力强，工作稳重、认真，能够承受较大的工作压力
