职位描述：
Position:
Junior SQE
Main responsibility:
1 Qualify suppliers together with procurement department.
2 Monitor the suppliers’ delivery performance
3 Monitor quality control plan execution in supplier factories, take actions try to contain quality issues before loading the container.
4 Issue Non Conformity Form and Corrective and Preventive Action Plan to suppliers once NC occurs
5 Work with supplier to analyse, identify the faulty reasons, take actions to correct and prevent similar issues recurrence.
6 Implement on-site audit when necessary
7 Evaluate supplier quality performance and urge supplier to continuous improve.
8 On-site inspection before container loading.

Special knowledge & skill:
1 Be familiar with Products quality inspection. Have knowledge on AQL.
2 Experience in Corrective plans implement.
3 Good at problem solving (8D, 5-WHY,etc.)
4 Fluent in Reading/written English, good enough for English report.
5 Strong self-monitor working ability, good at time-management.
6 Report to Australian Procurement Manager.
7 Frequent travel required to inspect products in supplier’s factories before shipments loading.
8 Experienced in dealing with factories, and inspect stocks.

Home office / suppliers factories
