Official Title: Production Engineer 生产工程师
Location: Nanjing
Purpose of the position:
This position reports to the operations manager in Nanjing Amine Plant. The production supervisor substitutes for the plant manager rule as a member of Central Safety Committee and Quality Improvement Committee if he is absent. Engineering assignments will be made related to the production area appropriately.

Responsibility:
1. Report daily report for production volume and operation status.
2. Report weekly report for production volume and major performance.
3. Report monthly report for key performance and highlight for plant operation.
4. Conduct root cause analysis with related people when it needs.
5. Conduct production incident report with related people when it needs.
6. Conduct near miss report with related people when it needs.
7. Provide training to operators for process knowledge, procedures and EH&S regulation.
8. Keep the up-to-date procedures as soon as possiblewhenever those are changed and train operators.
9. Support mechanical integrated system
10. Support the optimum plant operation in raw material and energy usage by business volume requirement.
11. Support the plant Manager’s direction and guidanceto maintain high standards of safety, healthy, hygiene and environmental. Meet internal and external requirements and make continuous improvement in those fields.
12. Provide leadership and seek necessary training to maintain and improve the plant operations.
13. Communicate with all divisions to operate plant without any wrong communication.
14. Have a meeting everyday with shift operators for a field report to minimize unplanned plant shut down.
15. Maintain the plant equipment by communicating with maintenance department whenever it needs.
16. Safety, health and environment are the first priority at production division.

Requirements:
1. Have 3-5 year working experience on the similar role. Daily responsibility should be cover a whole plant running process.
2. Back ground for foreign owned chemical company is preferred.
3. Fluent oral English will be a plus for the role.
