position :inance Manager

Position Function:
--Be responsible for financial activities,especially focus on general Ledger management and expense controlling.
--Povide daily finance support to related busisness departments and management team timely and accurately.
--Make sure finance work in compliance with China GAAP, US GAAP as well as corporate policy.


Job Description/Responsibilities:
1.Prepare US and local GAAP reports timely and accurately to finance controller, including actual, forecast, budget and LRP.
2.Procide all kinds of finance reports to management team and business departments timely and accurately.
Maintain SAP finance system.
3.Be resposible for budgeting and forecasting, annual audit, expense control, capital expenditure control, cash management, fix asset management , ventory control, payables and receivables (credit control).
4.Cross-functional liaison with sales & marketing, supply chian and facility departes to improve inventory control, AR control and fix management etc..
5.Work with controller to make sure internal control system in place and effective, incompliance with SOX.
6.Keep good relationship with Bank, Taxation bureau and related Government departments.
7.Implement financial policies, procedures and systems.This includes reviewing, modifying and amending, as necessary, policies and procedures to keep pace with the company' operations.
8.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other managers to provide assistance with the identification and development of creative solutions to a full range of business opportunities and/or problems. Be the key contributor in quoting new products.
9.Assure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the organization' records and ensure that financial statements are presented on a timely basis as required by the company.
10.Lead and coach team members to complete daily work.
11.Support finance controller to build effective finance team.
12.Other works assigned by finance controller and GM.
13.Development of specific work procedures to minimize risks;Participation/attendance at safety meetings and training;Tracking of safety issues to closure,training of employees on the procedures and enforcing their use.
14.Facilitating workplace inspections and closure of findings.Facilitating employee involvement in developing, implementing and revising safety and health procedures.
15.Performance towards assigned site safety and health program objectives
16.Timely incident investigations and correction of root causes.


Requirements/Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting is desired.
A Master' Degree in finance or business would be an added plus.CPA certification is also strongly preferred.
work experience:
More than 10 years finance working experience and including 3 years management skill.
Function skills :
Strong abilities in budgets, forecasts and strategic plan
Financial system, policy and process control ability
Familiar with local financial policies;
Computer skill:Good at Windows Office(Excel, word, PPT, Outlook...)
English:fuent
Others:Experience with SAP and Hyperion will be a plus
