Job Description：
1、Deploy Planning Management System
? Create a Doc 1 lined with contract requirements (contractual milestones and payment milestones)
? Put in place a global governance for planning integrating all the functions contributing to the project
? Freeze a Baseline to assess during project execution the project performance

2、Manage Planning activities
? To the customer, support Project Manager in discussions related to delays and/or improvements of the schedule
? When PBTS lead in consortium, maintain direct contact with peers in partner companies and manage schedule development and follow-up as a whole within the consortium
? Responsible for establishing and updating the DPS based on common objectives within the project, including leading the harmonization and integration of sub-schedules from all parties (functions, subdivisions) involved in the project.
? Responsible for monitoring and reporting on schedule progress and deviations within all parties involved in the project.
? Challenge all inputs from all parties. The Project Planner is an important member of the Change Control Board.
? Responsible for communicating the Level 1 Planning, and changes thereto, to all parties involved in the project
? Responsible for regularly monitoring critical path(s) of the schedule to identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation or recovery plans.

Competency Requirements：
1、bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
