职位描述：
人事行政助理
工作职责:
1.负责公司内部的薪酬奖金体系；
2.负责建立公司的人事制度和员工手册，并组织培训实施；
3.协助各岗位主管按照工程进度的人员招聘计划招聘合格的员工；
4.负责建立公司员工的入职，离职程序，并组织培训并实施；
5.收集培训需求制定年度培训计划，组织协调全厂范围内的人员培训并实施；
6.按照埃维柯集团和当地的法律法规建立员工的福利和社保体系，每月跟进付款状态；
7.负责建立本工厂范围内的员工考勤制度；
8.负责建立全厂范围内的行政制度，包括前台工作，保安工作，保洁工作，草坪管理，公车使用，餐厅管理，劳保用品的申请、发放及回收，办公设施或用品管理，政府关系处理等；
9.其他临时安排的工作。


1.Be responsible for the Salary &Bonus system of the company;
2.Be responsible for the HR policies and Employees Manual in the company; carry on the training and the implementation of the procedures;
3.Support the supervisors or managers to recruit the qualified employees as per the recruitment plan in line with the project progress according to the procedure of recruitment;
4.Be responsible for the procedures of employee on-board, resignation; carry on the training and the implementations of the procedures;
5.Collect training needs and make training plan and coordinate the employee trainings on the total factory level;
6.Set up the benefits and social insurance systems according to the requirements of AVK Groups and the local regulations, timely follow-up situation of payment every month.
7.Be responsible for the attendance system on the total company level.
8.Be responsible to all the administrative regulations or procedures, such as reception, security guard, cleaner management and arrangement, lawn management, car use, canteen management , PPE applicant 、distribute and return ,office facilities and local authority relationships, etc.;
9.Work on the other temporary jobs assigned by the GM.

Avk Advanced castings,- a new establishes modern lost foam foundry in Wujiang, Anhui, supplying the Avk group with castings for Valve production. Our project totally will have 3 phase, the 1st phase, which invests 23 millions dollars and takes up 87 mu land, will formally put into production at the end of 2012, the yearly output will reach around 10,000 tons.
