？ Process /machine capacity calculate and optimize. 工艺/设备的产能计算与优化
？ Develop working instruction and continuously optimize working method. 完善作业指导书并持续优化 作业方式
？ Develop and optimize process flow, maintain and update PFMEA and CP timely, external & internal audit support.开发并优化工艺流程，及时的维护并更新PFEMA 和CP，并支持相关内部和外部的本部门 审核工作
？ Plant and process layout planning and optimization.工厂与工艺的布置图设计与优化
？ Product localization project management

岗位要求：
？ At least with the diploma of undergraduate course of automobile occupation mechanical processing and manufacture/products or relevant specialty.
全日制本科或以上学位
？ Minimum of 3 years of textile background/ experience is required. 3 年以上纺织行业从业经验
？ Must have minimum of 3 years experience in Loom/Weaving manufacturing engineering.
？ 必须具备 3 年以上纺织机相关制造工程的经验
？ Prefer PM or NPI experience
？ 有项目管理或新产品导入相关经验者
？ Able to apply CAD, Pro-E or CATIA will be a plus
？ 有绘图能力, 能熟练使用绘图软件.
？ Able to understand PLC programming , prefer PLC programming experience
？ 具备 PLC 编程能力或 PLC 应用经验者更佳
？ Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
