Key Activities
? Work as one team with Project Release team.
? Support on developing rehearsal strategy and scope
? Support on defining cut-over strategy and scope
? Support on proposing and finalizing go-live readiness Checklist and Criteria
? Summarize Lessons learned
? Arrange/Cooperate rehearsal & Cut-over activity as needed
? Reporting for Post Go-Live incident status
? Arrange and Attend Go-Live Topic related meeting
? Support to ensure the critical issues have workaround solution
? Coordinate with BU to prepare business validation cases and data
Key Deliverables

? Resource Plan
? Cut-Over Logistics Information
? Go-Live Readiness Checklist
? Cut-Over Defect work-around solution

? Meeting Minutes
? Lessons learned

Experience:
? 8+ years IT work experience and strong technical background
? 4+ years Big Project management experience
? Have big project roll out and releases experience
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
? Strong project management experience, PMP certificate is needed
? Strong interpersonal communication skills
? Fluent in both Chinese and English
? Solid understanding of Finance systems and process
? Have experience on the following work
o Go-Live Preparation
？ Cut-over Strategy & Scope
？ Cut-over execution steps & time
？ Technical Rehearsal
？ Business Dress Rehearsal
？ Go-live Readiness check
？ Support team setup
？ Business Validation Case Criteria
