1.负责就业网，联系高校老师进行招聘信息的发布与反馈；
2.负责海报和专刊的前期宣传任务并联系校园大使及时反馈；
3.负责城际城内的快递接收和发运，下达任务给快递供应商并及时追踪；
4.负责场地费的提交和快递费的报销任务；
5.协助现场执行人员做好物料准备、领用、归还的工作；
6.使用OFFICE软件进行资料整理；
7.校园部其他工作安排。
任职要求：
1.大学专科及以上学历
2.工作细心，具备良好的沟通和协调能力；
3.勤奋认真，具备一定抗压能力并可接受短时间内较高强度的工作；
4.熟悉Office办公软件，如：Word，Excel，PPT等；
