Description:
1 Ensure site HSE activity comply with *****& local
government requirements
确保公司一切HSE活动符合*****及当地政府的相关政
策
2 Plan and delivery HSE audits and inspections
计划并实施所有HSE的审核和检查
3 Responsible for relevant HSEMS certifications.
负责相关的HSE管理体系认证工作
4 Establish fully communication with Honeywell and local
government.
与当地的相关政府机构以及总部HSE负责人保持密切的联
络，保证信息的有效沟通。
5 Conduct new equipment, new process, & new chemical
evaluations.
对新设备、新程序以及新化学品进行HSE评估
6 Provide training to all employees for HS&E issues,
including chemical handling & storage.
对员工进行HSE的培训。包括化学品的操作处理及储存。
7 Develop & maintain current emergency response plans.
完善和维护现有的紧急事件处理方案。
8 investigate site accidents/injuries report all Tier I& Tire II
occurrences to Honeywell HS&E leaders.
对公司所有工伤事故进行调查分析，并向总部HSE汇报
9 Deploy & Implement HSEMS
开展和实施HSE管理体系
10 Continue to execute and deploy annually HSE Index
