Responsibilities:
?Responsible for leading a team to the development and management of assigned customer accounts
?Maintain close relationships with existing customers to establish long-term business partnership
?Identify new business opportunities and promote value-added engineering services to achieve new projects
?Drive profitable growth by increasing sales revenue and profit margin
?Be knowledgeable of the competitors' strategies, activities, people, strengths and weaknesses
?Manage pricing for accuracy and consistency
?Work closely with project teams to achieve project milestones, budgets and deliverables

Requirements:
?Degree holder in business or engineering related discipline
?Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in electronics manufacturing or EMS industry
?Independent, self-initiated, aggressive and result-oriented
?Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
?A team player with good interpersonal skills
?Excellent command of English, Mandarin
