Position : HR Senior Executive

Job Summary：
HR Senior Executive will play as BP for Global Business development team. She/He will provide integrated HR services to appropriate groups ensuring that people-related issues are managed effectively. 

Main responsibilities:
Play as HR BP to business team, providing full functional HR supporting service including recuriting, training, ER, etc. 
Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities, responsible for whole recruitment process. 
Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy  
Responsible for contract management and post offer management-work within HR team closely 
Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns 
Provide external marketplace information to HR Lead 
Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions 
Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team  
Follow up internal HR related process & procedure in daily operation. 
Solid understanding of company policies, processes and procedures
Assist HR for nessary HR projects & activities' execution 

Qualifications:
University degree with Minimum of 5 years providing HR/Recruiting generalist service 
Familiar with IT related industry. Have both inhouse & Hunter experience. IT hunter background is much preferred.
Solid understanding of the company’s position in the market place 
Solid understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization, systems and tools   
Deep screening and assessing interviewing skills 
Understanding of recruiting performance measurement and target metrics 
Strong understanding of and skills in pipeline management and yield analysis 
Solid understanding of the external marketplace and industry trends 
Data analysis experience 
Analytical skills and problem solving skills 
Fluent oral English and written ability 
Strong communication skill.
