Management
? Plan/Management/Deliver store operation resource
? Manage store retail operations and ensure delivery of commercial targets/KPI’s
? Manage the implementation of the communication/PR/event plan
? Manage the store brand experience implementation
? Manage direct teams

Financial
? Deliver annual financial targets and budgets for store
? Deliver specific reporting required

Business Intelligence
? Report the defined business/marketing information captured at the store level according to plan
? Deliver/support ad hoc requests when requested
? Plan specific store internal workflows and processes

HR Management
? Set performance and development plans with direct reports; review and evaluate performance
? Manage subordinates and their teams (stores and back-office)
? Recruit and train shop assistants according to plan
? Liaise with local authorities and partners

Training and Development
? Implement all existing retail trainings
? Pioneer new trainings and tracking tools to ensure perfect customer service 举报 分享
