职位描述：
What are my responsiblities?
 Technological support and planning of manufacturing and test processes to ensure that the product production process will be according to our quality system.

Working Partners/Contacts:
 - Internal: Product Lifecycle Management/Supplier Management Quality and Process Management/ Human Resource Management/SIEMENS Ltd. China, Business Units
 - External: Business Units/ Customers/ Suppliers
  
Tasks:
 - Conduct feasibility studies on methods and equipment to meet product specification or customer requirements Coordinating with PLM project teams regarding feasibility in assembly and testing, ensure that all relevant know-how has been transferred to SCM EN
 - Setting up and maintaining validation and verification of production processes, including the creating of working and testing instruction for SCM and CS
 - Support Industry Engineer to maintain up-to-date information into improve process quality in production with the goal to recognize and then eliminate disturbances in order to optimize and maintain existing production process
 - Planning of testing equipment and production equipment
 - Support SM during supplier selection
 - Maintaining up-to-date information on planning documents (schedules, milestone plans,) in order to ensure the transparency of project progress for all those involved with the support of Industry Engineer
 - Technical support for service, manufacturing and testing during the product life cycle time
 - Sustain and improve existing processes as well as develop processes for new products
 - Detect and prevent processing problems, introduction & application of new development in Process Engineering

What do I need to qualify for this position?
Education:
 - University or college degree for mechanical engineering, electronical or medical equipment , with experience is plus

 Knowledge/Languages:
 - X-ray product knowledge preferred.
 - Project management
 - With the know-how for FMEA, Audit, SAP Knowledge, 6-sigma, Lean Manufacturing are all preferred
  
 Experience:
- More than 2 years project experience preferred
 - General ability to cooperate with worldwide partners
- With X-ray equipment manufacturing working experience preferred 举报 分享
