职位描述:
商业
? 在遵守国家和当地商业法律和法规的前提下,在遵守欧尚经营方针和理念的基础上制定商场中、长期发展计划,全面负责商场的商业运作
? 为顾客提供越来越多的商品和选择,越来越低的价格,为商场带来越来越多的顾客,创造越来越高的经营业绩
? 分析当地市场竞争状况、商品和商店潜力,制作商店的商业计划
? 负责商店的发展,保证营业额和毛利提高的持续性
? 稳步提高商场在整个商圈的市场份额和竞争力
管理
? 确保欧尚的基本商业政策在商场的贯彻和实施,如价格、选择、标签、卫生等
? 建立和完善各种工作程序并确保其贯彻和实施
? 良好地使用管理工具,不断寻找最合适的开支水平
? 提高顾客购物条件:舒适、安全、卫生
? 提高商场整体的服务水平
? 定期对营业状态做出总结和分析,并使该结果服务于经营活动中
? 降低和控制各种损耗,尤其是不明损耗
? 负责商场必要的整修和扩建工程
人事
? 团队的组建,包括处经理、部门经理及员工,保证招聘质量。
? 实践和推广授权的管理方式
? 确保团队的培训和建设
? 监督人员的费用,努力提高商场整体的生产效率
? 发掘每个员工的潜能,提倡内部提升
? 激发每位员工的工作热情和创新能力,保证良好的工作氛围
? 监督职业管理中每个步骤的管理
? 对各处经理等有关人员的工作进行评估和职业发展规划
? 改善员工的工作条件
? 组织每周处经理会议
内外关系
? 与各部门经理及员工交流沟通,听取意见,最大限度地提高商店业务效率
? 促使商场的信息传达渠道畅通
? 协调采购中心和商店的工作
? 与公司总部的各服务部门及欧尚其他商店商场保持良好的沟通
? 积极参与所在社区的经济和社会活动,弘扬欧尚企业文化
? 与当地各政府机构保持良好的关系
? 努力与所在社区建立伙伴关系
? 与新闻和媒体单位保持良好的沟通和关系。

? 35岁以下
? 本科以上学历
? 至少两年大卖场/大型超市店长工作经验
? 正直、诚信、有责任心与强烈的道德意识
? 具有商业敏感性,心态开放并热爱挑战
? 具有战略洞见、策划能力与解决问题能力强
? 具备优秀的领导力,善于激励鼓舞与发展团队
? 协调能力、沟通与影响能力佳
? 具备良好的英语听说读写能力更佳

Objectives: on behalf of Auchan, to implement Auchan policies of commerce, management and human resources, to be fully responsible for the internal economic activities and results of the store as well as various internal and external relationships. On the basis of securing the profitability of the store, to maximize business capability and customers satisfaction . To create capital and human resources in order to continually improve the quality of life of increasing customers and make it to be the best hypermarket in his commercial area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
COMMERCE
? Being fully responsible for commercial operation of the store, drawing long and mid-term developing projects of the store respecting to the rules and laws issued by the local and state authorities concerning commercial operations as well as Auchan policies and strategy.
? Offering an larger range of commodities and lower prices to customers in order to bring more customers and higher turnover.
? Defining commercial project of the store on basis of complete analyses of local market, items and potentiality of the store.
? Being responsible for the development of the store and ensuring the sustainable increase of turnover and profit.
? Promoting steadily market shares and capability of competition of the store in his commercial area.
MANAGEMENT
? Implementing Auchan basic commercial policies in the store in terms of price, choice, label, hygiene, etc.
? Establishing and improving all kinds of working procedures and process.
? Continually searching for the most suitable expense level by utilizing appropriate management tools.
? Continually improving the level of shopping conditions in terms of comfort, security hygiene and atmosphere/environment.
? Enhancing and improving the level of service of the store
? Summarizing and analyzing the business regularly, so as to ameliorate the store operation based on it.
? Controlling and reducing the wastage, especially unknown markdown.
? Being responsible for the necessary refit and expanding-construction of the store.
HUMAN RESOURCE
? Building the team, including division managers, section managers and employees; ensuring the quality of recruitment.
? Practicing and promoting of empowering
? Supervising store training and team building
? Controlling personnel expenses, improving the productivity of the store.
? Developing the potentiality of each employee and promoting internal promotion.
? Motivating each employee, cultivating creativity, ensuring a good working environment.
? Supervising career management in the store.
? Effecting Performance appraisal and career development of division managers and other concerning personnel accordingly.
? Improving continually working conditions of the staff
? Weekly store meeting with the management team.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP
? Communicating with the managers and staff in order to maximize business efficiency in the store.
? Strengthening effective ways of communication in the store.
? Coordinating the work between buying office and the store.
? Keeping good communication with different services of the head office and other Auchan stores.
? Participating actively in local economic and social activities in order to promote Auchan culture.
? Keeping good relationships with the Institutes of local government.
? Establishing a partnership with the local community.
? Maintaining good relationships and communication with the journalism and media.
JOB PROFILE:
? Under 35 years old
? Bachelor degree or above
? At least two-year successful working experience as store manager in hyper/supermarket
? With integrity, credibility, responsibility & strong sense of ethics
? With strong business acumen, be open and willing to take challenges
? Strategically minded, good in planning & problem solving
? With excellent leadership, good in team motivation & development
? Good in coordination, communication & influence
? Good in English (reading ,speaking ,writing) is a plus
