Objectives：
According to company regulations on working process, EHS, manage indirect materials' PR, GR, stock booking, to meet the requirements from the internal customers.
Main Task
整理分析公司的PPE领用及需求，根据库存量合理创建需求计划
? PPE成本中心分摊，在SAP(或SRM)中创建采购PR
? 其它生产辅助用品的PR订单创建
? 跟踪及协调供应商PR订单相关的送货事宜
? PPE及其它生产辅助品到货后的系统（SAP）收货
? 邮件方式接收PPE发货通知，安排PPE仓库发货给领用人
? 非本区域员工，需要安排PPE仓库打包及协调运输车辆随货带去指定现场
? 与客户现场确认送货时间及发货（数量品种变化）情况，跟踪反馈PPE运输情况
? PPE及非SAP库存物料的手工帐管理：收、发、存账目登记，要求数据实时更新
● 配合、协助PPE仓库以及包装辅材仓库月盘点工作
● 包装桶创建PR，日常送货安排、送检工作流、系统收货（或者创建NCM）
? 协助班组进行仓库相关报表的统计，数据整理和分析
● 原料发货SAP系统操作（作为原料领用sap系统操作后备）

? Technical & Professional Knowledge: SAP MM module, Warehouse storage and handling basics，MS Office
