Goals/Mission:
- Develop the WT business in Light Industry (Food & Bev, Life Science, Microelectronics solution)

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Report to GM of LIS of SWT China

- Internal: GM; Application Department;Order Execution Department; Business dminstration.

- External: End User; EPCM; Design &Institute; Consultant

Tasks:
- Very familiar with the Water Technology market (especial for Light Industry) in China
- Exploring and developing the Light Industry Water Technology Solution market
- Responsible for sales budgets and growth targets within your business area
- Define sales channels and pricing strategy
- Responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts as well as developing new ones based on continuous market research and intelligence
- Transfer and place leverage in corporate technology to local customers
- Must be able to handle a heavy workload of e-mails and information. It will require some late night or weekend work from home or on the road. In general a certain degree of flexibility is required to fulfill the position

Knowledge/Languages:
- Process & basic engineering knowledge for Process Water / Waste Water Technologies
- Very open-minded; Creative; Coordination skills; Aggressive

Experience:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in similar business area with successful track;
- Experience in commercial function areas.
- Experience in introducing MN business to local business;
- Experience in working in a MN business environment
