职位描述：
Position:Production Manager
Location: Wuxi

Responsibility:
？Overall responsibility for the daily production, Ensure scheduling of manufacturing processes in accordance with customer requirements.
？Provide training, instruction, guidance and leadership to motivate employees
？Must be committed and promote the Continuous Improvement process.
？Ensure daily shop floor management initiatives are adhered
？Follow up through the day to ensure that commitments made and tasks assigned at the daily production meeting are being completed.
？Ensure efficient manning of the Production departments.
？Responsible to protect own health & safety by working in compliance with established safe working practices.
？Responsible to ensure training needs are identified for department personnel and required training is completed.
？As a member of the Management Team, set and approve quality objectives through the feasibility review process.
？Effective management through enforcement (constructive correction) and reinforcement (commendation) techniques, of health, safety, environmental and human resources programs to ensure compliance with performance standards and legislative requirements.
？Responsible for costing activities and development of processes.
？Responsible for ensuring that the environmental management system is reviewed on an annual and to ensure that environmental policies and procedures are being adhered to by all employees.
？Responsible for ensuring that the resources essential to the implementation and control of the environmental management system will be made available and when the need arises will appoint a management representative to oversee the environmental management system.

Qualification / Skills Requirement
？Minimum of ten years manufacturing experience in the automotive industry.
？Familiarity with machining components is preferred
？University education (Mechanical Engineering) or Community College graduate, technical and/or a certified apprenticeship in Tool & Die making or equivalent.
？Must be business oriented and have a good understanding of methods and time measurements relating to manufacturing processes.
？Effective communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
？Team-oriented approach to problem solving
？Demonstrated planning and system implementation ability
？Proficiency in related computer software ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject)
