职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Work in a global R&D team with both international and local engineers to develop CT (Computed Tomography) system for global market
- Responsible for the planning, control, performance, follow-up and reporting of the project and thus for compliance with the development time, development costs, product quality, product lifetime costs and the product documentation of the CT product
Detail tasks: Project Engineering:
- Organize technical forum from project side - Coordinate internal(SM, SW, EE, HW teams) and external resources(Supplier, etc) to make project run smoothly
- Support business department to figure out cost & quotation - Write project report and lessons learned - Organize the system resources for each department - Develop and monitor vendor during NPI stage; Leading sub-projects:
- Coordinate with resources for successful delivery of the trial system to customer with reached quality on time
- Fulfill the needs of RoHS for the systems (including electronic boards and hardware components)
Others: - Backup for project leader Requirements: Capability: - Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good team work.
- Strong communication skill on technical topics - International communication skills are mandatory
Education:
- B.S. degree or comparable education background in electronics, automatics or related disciplines Knowledge / Experience
- Good knowledge and experience of project engineering/project management - Small size project management leadership experience is preferred
- Experience in medical equipment area is preferred
- International orientation; experience with international employers and customers; capabilities to operate in foreign cultures preferred;
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communications (CET-6 preferred)
