1. Provide local competence to production testing equipment. Including, ICT station and Flash station development, modification, optimization. 提供本，线路板测试仪(ICT)，和程序烧录设备(Flash Station).


2. Base on project requirement, plan a measurement and controlling system. Focus on software application of testing system. Develop test software accord to instruction, BOM and Schematics to fulfill the equipment requirement. 根据项目要求，设计生产线的测量和控制系统. 并根据测试指导文件/BOM/线路，开发符合要求的测试程序。


3. Communication with project development team and production engineers for test testing related tasks.
   

   针对测试系统与项目开发团队和生产工程师进行沟通

   
   


4. Communicate with Hella global ICT testing team to import experience /information and give contribution of share local lesson learns to global team。
   

   参与海拉全球ICT测试技术交流，引进经验和信息；共享本地的经验。

   
   


5. Validate and obtain approval/sign-off of test equipment in accordance with department or company procedures and ‘best practice’ with documentation covering；按照公司的流程和***解决方案，验证并批准测试设备。


6. Produce and maintain test equipment timing plans to ensure the delivery time of test equipment meet project milestone.制定测试设备开发时间计划, 以确保测试设备的交货时间满足项目的进度。


7. Conduct acceptance verification test when the test equipment are available in production line.

在生产线验收测试设备，确保测试设备的功能及可靠性

1. Optimize and improve the performance of test equipment to achieve the goal of cycle time, FPY and down time requirements.
   

   优化和提高测试设备性能以达到设备要求的周期时间、合格率和停机时间等指标；

   
   


2. Calibration, measurement system analysis, risk assessment, maintenance schedule, spare parts.
   

   负责新设备的校准、系统分析，风险评估，保养计划及零部件清单。

   
   


3. Other job assigned by Department Manager 部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor degree or above in software engineering, automatic controlling or equivalent academic credentials.
   

   本科及以上学历，软件工程、自动化控制及其相关专业；

   
   


2. Fluent in English both in written and reading.

良好的英文读写能力

1. Solid experience in software programming in C or C++ language. Capable to do software debugging and troubleshooting of testing equipment. 熟练的C,C++软件编程经验，能够独立从事测试设备的软件调试和故障排除工作。


2. Software tools skill, Experience of ICT data convert tools CAM CAD or FABmaster.

有使用ICT 数据分析软件CAMCAD或者FABmaster使用经验；

1. Good at Software development/debug for Aeroflex or Seica or Teradyne/Keysight ICT
   

   精通于下列一种或多种ICT程序开发和调试: Aeorflex/Seica/Teradyne/Keysight；

   
   


2. Automotive electronic product knowledge
   

   熟悉汽车电子产品知识

   
   


3. Familiar with manufacturing process, experience in production test equipment

熟悉制造工艺，具有生产测试设备的经验；

1. Understanding of Statistical data for Gage R&R.
   

   理解Gage R&R的统计数据。

   
   


2. At least two years’ experience in software programming, or in mechanical fixture adaptor design.

至少2年以上软件编程和测试设备工作经验；
