职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
-Draft Retail policy & procedure and make sure the execution in the whole Retail network
-Manage Retail vendors & store Non-Merchandising orders
-Identify the improve opportunity and coordinate with related departments, including HR, SC&L, IT, Finance etc. to seek improvement for retail performance
-Prepare business reports to support the decision making
-Coordinate in store opening processes to make sure the smooth opening

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 5 years work experience in retail luxury industry; at least 2 year experience in Retail operations management
-Be able to set up priority in a multitask environment with high ability to execute
-Take initiatives to manage the process and seek for continuous improvement
-Strong ability in communication and coordination
-Professional written and verbal communication skill in both Chinese and English languages 举报 分享
