Position: HR Intern
Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Support Attendance Management, HRIS system maintenance.
2 Personal Document Management – Personal Document Archives, E-HR System Maintenance.
3 Be proficient in Microsoft Office. excel, PPT skill
4 Have confidential sense in daily job.
5 Support new employee on-board related .
6 Good sense of figure, good in figure analysis, and logical thinking.
7 Keep smoothly communication with other department , suppliers, dispatching company,etc
8 Support all HR related work as required.
9 Open, honest.
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
- Bachlor degree, Major in Human Resource, Business Administration ,English are prefer
- Prefer graduates in 2018
- Fluent in English
- Have HR related experience is prefer
