Responsibility:
- Make reasonable schedule of electrical and automation design base on the entire project schedule.
- Accomplish electrical and automation design meet the schedule, cost and achieve the quality requirements
- Be participation of project bidding, include but not limited to prepare E&C bidding documents to meet the requirements on due time, verify the quotations from vendor to estimate E&C cost etc.
- Issue technical agreements for E&C purchase, supporting/inspecting for assembly of E&C equipments.
- Manage the E&C outsourcing to meet the project schedule and quality requirements, include hardware and software.
- Develop/investigate advance technical, work process, skills or new feature continuously thereby maximizing work efficiency.
- Following the work process base on process controlling documents or standards.
- E&C related work assigned by team leader.

Competencies
- Be familiar with electrical and automation design concept and skills.
- Be familiar with design software and tools. Such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD electrical, etc.
- Be familiar with all kinds of process instruments, include but not limit to flow, press, temperature, level and chemical analyze instruments. Understand about measure theory, performance, vendor.
- Be familiar with all kinds of electrical and automation production, include but not limit to Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Rockwell, Omron.
- Understand PLC software, include hardware configuration, program, HMI/SCADA development, etc.
- Understand project management process/knowledge/methods
- Be familiar with all kinds of design GB standards and necessary international standards, such as IEC, IEEE, NEMA, ISA, etc.
- Fluent English.
