职位描述
Goals/Mission:
Interface with suppliers and internal partners, provide systematic methodologies and technical support to enhance suppliers' delivery quality and quality management system improvement.
Tasks:
1.Active participation in the supplier selection process. Assess suppliers' designing, manufacturing and inspection capability.
2.Enable and audit supplier in new product and mass production to ensure technical and quality requirement conformity.
3.Supplier development activities throughtout the product lifecycle. Initiate, support and monitor the quality assurance tools and measurements at suppliers' sites.
Analyze and follow up suppliers' quality issue, to develop imrovement and preventive actions and monitor the implementation.
4.Assist QP Department to assess and audit supplier's quality systems.
Skills:
1.Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good team work.
2.Excellent communication skill on technical topics.
3.International communication skills are mandatory.
Education:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Material Major
Knowledge/Languages:
1.Experience with supplier quality & process control and improvement.
2.SQE process and quality control process. Drive supplier to improve quality capability continuously.
3.Good ability to work in a international team. Strong communication skills to interface and teamwork effectively with internal partners and external suppliers.
Experience:
1.Working experience of quality system like ISO, ANSI, etc.
2.Experience of supplier audit, supplier process validation and control, supplier document control.
3.Ability to think strategically, analyze issues, establish plans and manage execution.
4.Act with integrity, coach and develop, successfully integrate teamwork, resolve conflict.
