职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

Responsible for production shopfloor management as well as improvement projects of EPSc Line 1
Responsible for all improvement projects of QCD (focusing on cycle time reduction, productivity and OEE improvement) within the framework of IE and BPS

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容
Key responsibilities
- Lead Cycle time reduction project of EPSc Line continuously
- Optimize operator loop and workplace design based on work and time analysis of IE or MTM
- Lead or support manufacturing process optimization projects
- Lead TPM activity of EPSc value stream
- Lead SMED/QCO activities of EPSc value stream
- Follow up derived system CIP projects by organize regular meeting.
- lead problem solving and target condition attainment/stabilization, thereby ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP
- Initiatively identify and lead possible improvement area to support the VS KPIs
- Lead layout changing process of EPSc area

工作经历
Working experience At least 5 years’ experience in Lean Production or IE in manufacturing engineering environment in in automotive industry
教育水平
Education Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc.
英语水平
English Fluent English skills

专业资格
Qualification

We are dedicated to the development and manufacture of the advanced automobile Electric Power Steering System products, and committed to be one of the most reliable suppliers to its global renowned customers. Thus the establishment of this new plant in Nanjing will enable Bosch to make further contribution in this field.
新厂房分两期建设: 首期规划约20,000 M2用于EPSapa的生产区域建设，逐步扩建，于2015年完工。二期规划新增了8000 M2用于齿轮和转向螺母的生产区域建设，现场生产这些零部件。2015年中期，开始系统生产，员工已达到350人左右。员工人数将配合产能的扩充而增加。
The new plant will be built in two phases: In the first section, EPSapa production will be established over a total usable space of around 20,000 M2. Expansion is to be carried out gradually and will be completed in 2015. In the second section, manufacture of racks and steering nuts is to be added over a usable space of some 8,000 M2. The components will be used for production on site. Series production will commence in mid-2015,now the new plant already has around 350 employees. The headcount is to increase in line with the stages of expansion.
