这个驻厂职位负责工厂发生的一切事物，是服务流程执行上的客户首要联系人。有能力开展驻厂技师的所有工作内容并满足客户的所有需求。

l 熟悉驻厂安全规范和执行；

l 保持待命状态，并处理紧急情况；

l 负责部分的招聘和解雇员工职责；

l 负责员工考核；

l 培训员工；

l 负责员工的纪律处分；

l 负责排班和人员工作安排；

l 负责批准加班和上班时间卡；

l 是客户的主要联系人之一；

l 识别改进机会；

l 制定驻厂服务计划及流程；

l 为解决质量问题，负责客户和本公司质量部的连接；

l 负责驻厂安全，汇报职业安全问题；

l 出色的书面及英语口语；

l 良好的领导力和沟通能力；

l 查看库存，订货情况，物流及其仓库相关的事宜；

背景要求：

l 最低为物流，计算机或同等学历的大专教育背景；

l 流利的英语书写及口语能力；

l 良好的沟通能力和人员管理能力；

具有自我激励，不断进取，坚持承诺，追求结果的能力
