工作职责

◆_10__% Ensures machines run in efficient, safe and quality oriented manner.
确保机器安全，有效，高质量的工作；
◆_15__%Performs or supervises work to meet production goals
监督员工工作能够达到生产目标；
◆_5__% Start & shut down machines, ensure compliance with Safety Procedures including strict use of
protective equipment.
开动/关闭加工设备,确保按照安全的流程操作机器,包括严格使用防护措施；
◆_5__%Reassign operators to machines as needed according to qualification and skills.
根据技能需求重新分配员工操作机器
◆_10__%Completes or maintain XA system
在XA系统中完成并更新生产状况；
◆_10__%React to production non-conformances according to Quality Procedures.
根据质量流程完成生产异常反应 ；
◆_20__%Train workers and supervising operators to following the working instruction to insure
the efficiency and quality.
培训并监督员工按照作业指导工作以保证生产效率和产品质量。
◆_5__%Inspect equipment for mechanical or electrical defect & report any problem in writing.
检查设备故障并以书面形式报告；
◆_10__%Organize daily shift meeting to review performance and what is need to improvements，
and share the information to other shift
组织每天的班会，回顾绩效和需要改进的方面；并传递当班的生产状况给其他班组.
◆_10__%Ensures production area 5S and continuously kept clean accordingly.
根据5S 要求确保生产区域整洁干净并持续改进；

Qualifications:
◆教育背景/College Experience
?学历/Degree: vocational senior school or above 中专以上
?专业/Major： Engineering or related field 机械工程专业
?年龄/Age：25-35
◆培训经历/Training
?培训内容/Contents：
?资质证书/Certificate：
◆工作经验/Working Experience
?Above 3 years experience with machinery and production and CNC machining and assembly processes, as well as lean manufacturing.
三年以上机械制造行业经验,特别是机加工和组装经验,有精益生产方面的优先
?Hands on experience with CNC programming, controls (Siemens, Fanuc), codes, and capabilities, with good knowledge of machining techniques in metals
有丰富的机械经验,能迅速熟悉机加工编程,西门子和发那科工作经验
? Experience in process development
◆知识技能/Knowledge and Skill
?Knowledge in cutting tools.
?Working knowledge of machining drawing and GD&T
?CAD proficiency is desirable
◆个人素质/Personality
?Self-motivation, team spirit and working under pressure.
?Good communication skills
?Hand-on work attitude
