职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Market analysis
● Analyze customer requirement in regard to technical and commercial conditions for customer projects
● Define customer strategy and product profile in China
● Develop the project plans and managing the project schedule
● Work with various professionals in different fields of engineering and manufacturing to go from concept to finished product
● Manage the project team
● Manage communication with customer and within the project team
● Manage the project budget
● Follow-up of the project delivery and turnover
● Report the project status regularly to higher authorities
● Manage the project risk and escalate topics to higher authorities if deviations from project targets are observed
● Coordination sales planning and forecasts
● Identify measures to maintain customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering background.
● Require 2+ years project management in a matrix environment.
Preferred:
